Should I convert from the Droid Razr Maxx HD to the S3?

I have an opportunity to pick up an S3 for cheap. I assume the device is close in spec to my current phone. Does anyone here have any input if this move is worth it or should I buck up and just hunt down a newer model phone?

That would probably be a downgrade, IMO. Droid Razr Maxx has a better battery, and Motorola's tend to have better reception. I have a GS3 on Verizon, and can't wait to ditch it soon.

This is good to know. I am happy with my battery life. This is the first device I've ever had that can go beyond one day on a charge. I had heard good things about the Galaxy and I see so many people carry them. I figured the processor speed, etc. outweighed the RMHD.
