Should I do a factory reset?

Hey guys.
Just got my DROID RAZR Maxx today from Verizon (it was replacing my busted up Nexus). It came with gingerbread loaded. I signed in to my Google account downloaded some apps and then I ran the update. I'm wondering if I should do a factory reset now?
