Should I give up on Verizon giving us 5.1.1?

I'm losing my patience too... I'm getting really sick of 5.0.1 on my Note 4, if I could go back to before the update I would not install 5.0.1 again.

I've never been that impatient when it comes to Android updates but when a version sucks as much as this I just want to get it off my phone!

I guess I'm one of the lucky ones, because I've only been dealing with the memory leak issue from 5.0.1. Hasn't made my phone slower either. With Verizon too.

I totally understand!

I'm sure by now you must have cleared/wiped the cache partition and did a factory reset in recovery? This is a must for LP updates... well... it's highly recommended, in any case.

My brother's Note 4 is running LP on VZW with no apparent problems. If his phone was messing up, I would surely hear from him!

Eh.... from what I've read, it's not like it's going to be anything all that great anyhow. There seems to be quite a few people claiming memory problems on the international models that have been updated. Typical Samsung. Update and fix one thing, break three other things.

I've got mine up on Swappa and CL. If I sucker anybody into buying it, I'm not sure what I'll buy. I'm not feeling the Note 5 at all. Everything seems so lackluster.
