soo i have been offered 160 for my incredible 2.... this being said do u think thats a good price and next i want a rezound any good comments about this phone would be nice :) do you like or do you love it? anybody switch to the razr the most i see is the people switch from the razr to the rezound thank you :)

First, check on eBay or Craigslist for the average going price of the Incredible 2. I imagine it's worth more than $160
About the Rezound, it's easily the best phone I've ever owned, coming from a old Samsung clamshell, an enV 3, and an OG Droid. You won't regret it.

I had an HTC Thunderbolt that was aggravating me by frequently dropping its data connection so I wanted to replace it. I was waiting for the Galaxy Nexus but after seeing how the Rezound had potentially better specs in some key areas I decided to give it a shot so got one earlier this week.

So far I'm *really* liking it. I had an Incredible several years ago, and the Rezound feels more reminiscent of that than the Thunderbolt to me. The screen is great, there are some nice touches in Sense 3.0, and since I listen to TONS of music every day I appreciate the better audio.

Coming from the Thunderbolt the battery life feels good, but that probably wouldn't be true for you! ;-) Overall I'm very happy with it. I'd say give it a shot, it's the best phone I've ever had.

I'm not experienced as the other responders to your post but I will say the Rezound is a great phone from a first time buyer. Battery life for me has been excellent, the screen is fantastic for viewing photos, text, videos. Even the voice quality over the air is pretty good. I had a chance to see the Razr but it was too thin and the screen wasn't quite as nice as the Rezound in my opinion. I came from a moto i580 cell and all I can say after getting the Rezound was WOW...You won't be disappointed.

I loaded all my music on my rezound i can tell you this is a pure pleassure multimedia phone I dont even want the crappy galaxy nexus anymore

My wife has a Razr, me a Rezound. Both devices are great, here are my cliff notes on both. Sense is better than motoblur, but who cares? With all the 3rd party lockscreens and launchers does it matter? Facebook pictures showed up on my wifes contacts as easily as mine. Motorola's cloud based multimedia software is actually pretty nice. It's not much different than Google Music, but it does your photos and videos. Also the smart functions on the Razr are great, as it toggles things on and off depending on your location. Again, a lot of 3rd party apps to this, but it's already there on the Razr.
Razr is to thin. My wife can't shoulder hold the phone and talk on it. It's also to wide for the screen size. It feels horrible to hold as well. Say what you want about HTC's boring design, but it is very easy to hold, can be shoulder held, and is very ergonomic for it's size. I can't comment on battery life as I'm having some heat issues with mine, and also, I use my phone a ton all day, and she just plays words with friends over wifi at night..... We got the phone for free, so I guess I'm paying $30 a month for scrabble.... But I digress. You get an actual pair of headphones with the Rezound. I'm gonna just say anything Monster does is stupid and overpriced, but they are still nice headphones.

Unless Verizon gets off it's ass and starts to advertise more for the rezound, there will be better dev support later for Razr later on. I hope that's not true.

Rezound's screen is hands down better. It seems obvious, but you get actual white on the LCD. Now I guess you could say you get actual black on the AMOLED screen, but the black is not as noticeable. I was fortunate that the shop I bought our phones from had the Razr and Rezound powered up and right next to each other, so I didn't have to pretend one was better that the other.

Things that don't matter that people think do. The HDMI out on the razr, vs MHL adapter on Rezound. So your gonna actually sit 6 ft away from your 60" tv and play with your phone all the time? Hmmm... Razr's kevlar back. Ever seen the back of a phone broken?. Beats audio in the Rezound. An EQ on the market does quite a bit more. Gorilla Glass. I thought this was important at one point, but Gorilla glass is just scratch resistant, not crack resistant. I went a year with my HTC Desire completely naked, and all the scratches are on the case, not the glass. And I use the crap out of my phones.

Good luck. My vote is with the Rezound. Only thing wish was I didn't get my phones for free. I really wanted the Nexus, so if your paying, I'd wait for the nexus. The fast software updates alone are worth it.

well i went and got my rezound tonight i love it!!! probably hands down one of the best phones i ever have def keeping this for awhile :)
