Should I install this update or I shouldn't? SM-G900V

Hi guys
I have Verizon galaxy s5 with lollipop 5.0 . I'm using non-Verizon sim so I can't get the OTA updates.
any way when I connect my device to Kies I got this message that there is an update available to my phone.

The question is should I install it or I should keep my device as it is?
Whoever installed this updates what changes will happen to my device?

It's only a small security patch for the phone. No nasties in this one. It speaks volumes about Verizon that their customers are worried about firmware updates in case they foist something on them or screw something up.

I would advise installing it as it contains security updates for your protection and in any case, Verizon will force it to your phone, sooner or later.

Thanks for the advice. But I'm using non-Verizon sim and I'm not in the U.S so I don't get OTA updates at all
