Should I Order a Warranty Replacement?

Hey folks,

I've had my Inc since day one. It seems to work pretty well; I haven't any issues with "screen jumping," the battery lasts pretty much all day (though I wish it would go longer), and it seems to perform as it should. The only issue I have is that the call quality is a little "tinny." All of my calls sound just slightly like they're coming through a tin can. In addition, it seems that, when streaming Pandora through the speaker, it is possible to turn up the music so loud that it actually peaks the speaker and causes a little bit of "feedback." This, obviously, can't be good, and I'm afraid I may have blown the speaker.

So, should I submit it to Verizon for a warranty replacement? If I do it now, I'll get a purportedly new phone, as there really aren't any refurbs available so soon after the release. However, I've also heard that other people have had far worse problems than mine, and a few users have ended up with worse replacements than the originals.

So, what do you think.. should I stick with what I have, or press my luck?
