should I play or run all apps on (internal memory) or (external memory) ?

I was just going to let it go. If you want to move your apps to your SD card, then you go right ahead.

It's MUCH easier to restore apps and data than it is to restore music and videos.

But, this line is patently ridiculous. Obviously the bytes that are on your computer and not changing on your phone (ie music and video) are easier to restore then the bytes that have to be backed up to your computer every other day. No matter when the SD card dies, your will always have perfect copies of your media. Only in the short window right after your backup will you have an identical copiy of your data to restore.

Tell me, if your SD card is unfriendly enough to die 45 hours after your last backup, how will you restore your current data at all?

Restoring your media is always a simple copy. Either from the cloud or from your computer. How could restoring your data be MUCH easier than that?
