The only real difference between the Note 3 and S5 is that the S5 is water-resistant and has a fingerprint scanner, and that ultra power saving mode...other than that its pretty much the same
You left out the biggest and most the important difference,,, the camera on the S5 looks to be a major upgrade from the S4 and Note 3,,, the camera is one of the main reasons myself and most others are considering the S5.

If camera quality is the biggest and most important thing to you, other than it being a phone, why don't you use the original Moto Razor as a phone and carry around a DSLR for picture taking? Makes sense right? Besides, people that buy a phone just for the camera specs alone are insane.
People who buy smart phones because of the camera are idiots. Plain idiots.
Buy a freaking DSLR to take pictures.
I bought a Nikon D7100 for taking pictures. Smart phones will never match a DSLR in photo quality and ability.

Jeez man, take a breath and calm down. No need for the personal attacks. Not everyone can afford a DSLR AND an expensive smartphone. And most people who can afford both, I imagine, don't carry their DSLRs around with them 24/7. Considering the quality of the camera when choosing a smartphone is perfectly logical.
Also, I'm pretty sure no one is or was comparing a smartphone camera to a DSLR...

S5 is just plain better than the note 3 and its not a phablet. Do the trade if you can.

Use the M8 for a few days and come back and share your thoughts.
