Should I root my Note for or use Touch Wiz?

Touch Wiz or Cyanogenmod

Like the title says when a stable build of Cyanogenmod is released for Note 4 will you root your Note 4 or still use Touchwiz ???

I will probably wait for a good touchwiz based rom like tweaked for the note 3, i used cyanogenmod and went back to touchwiz because it was more stable and because of the spen optimisation.

I think this topic has most certainly been addressed with every iteration of the Note series.... The Note is only as interesting as Touchwiz (with all is multitasking magic) and the Spen are. Without it its just another large screened phone. This is one phone that is truly purpose built. Even a GOOGLE EDITION would be somewhat of a regretful mistake.

Besides a 2k screen and the 805 chip... I dont see any other reasons beyond touchwiz and spen to buy this phone... expect personal preference.

I would wait for a custom touchwiz rom. I really hope Xnote will have something in the pipe line.

As long as the ROM is stable and the s-pen is well supported then its a big 10-4

Before I went to the Galaxy Line...I think it was the Fascinate, I rooted my phone a lot. But since I went to the S3, then the N2 and now the N3, I like Touchwiz.

This is a bit of an interesting topic because I recently sold my note 3 and had rooted it and had numerous roms on it in the time that I had it (X Note being the most used). I flashed cyanogenmod several times and I much prefer stock android to touchwiz but the problem is no matter how much appreciation myself or anyone has for what the CM team does even 3-4 weeks ago there wasn't anything anywhere near what could be classed as 'stable' available for the Note 3. So as much as i'm saying cyanogenmod any day of the week, if you require a fully working version without any bugs then you could be waiting 4-5 months after release before this becomes a valid discussion

If I were you I'd stick with stock and a good launcher, I've never come across a "stable" version of CM, there's always some issue that pops up within weeks of installing

I actually don't have a problem using touch wiz! It could use some refinement, yessssss! but im still okay with it at its current state. No problems at all for me.
