Should I update my Galaxy Samsung Note 3?

[AC Question]

Update for Galaxy Samsung Note 3

After hearing of all the issues people have experienced with the update I have decided not to update my GalaXy Note 3. As of now my phone has no issues and I'm very happy with it. What are the negatives to not updating? Am I making the right decision?

I like the Lollipop update. I did it and had a couple of issues but after doing a complete reset it has worked great.

My update went well.
In fact my daily phone was my HTC One M8. But after i updated it i am not happy with it. So im on my Note 3.

Update it. It is worth it. The interface looks much better.

I updated to Lollipop and love it. Some people don't like the blue pastel and white colors, but it looks fine to me. If you have an SD card, Lollipop will allow you, one again, to write to it. That alone, was enough reason for me to upgrade.
