I've looked for a definitive answer to updating my Verizon Galaxy S5 from Lollipop, or not, but I have not found one. There do not seem to be posts about long term use of a S5 with Marshmallow. I held off at the beginning because of the initial problems. Is it safe now?
I plan (hope) to keep the phone for awhile, and do not want to root/hack it (but I can). I am a little concerned about security if I do not update the system.
Also, is there a way to stop the requests to upgrade?
Or could someone point me to the right links?
