So I just got the KitKat update notification and I've seen people saying that it's pretty buggy and that the advantages are negligible. So for those who have updated their phones, would you recommend me doing the same? I've got a Moto G by the way.

yes you should update with KitKat !! As its a newly Android version if still you are confused on whether to update or not then please exchange it with my device as it doesn't support KitKat update :P

I've got KitKat and never had any problems....

Downloaded it - curiosity got the better of me!

Quite like it though, looks nicer and feels more fluid.

All OK ,except one thing: if using ART most apps force close. Had to switch back to Dalvik. Battery was superb with ART. Will see how it goes with Dalvik.

what is 'ART' and 'Dalvik'?

So have had to switch back to Dalvik (due to apps issues-many FCs) I can confirm that there's 15% difference in battery backup (getting 15% more battery back up using ART).
Not a big deal, as the MotoG still rocking with 2 days easily :-)
