Hey guys new to the forum. I was just wondering should i upgrade to the incredible or wait for something new? I wish ver. Had an evo version i love the size but i dont like motorola. What do you guys think/ thanks

I love my incredible. FM tuner, free voice activated turn by turn directions, blazing fast internet. Awesome interface, sleek design. A little history, I came from a MOTO Q, then bkackberry storm, then a brief iPhone stint and now my incredible.. had all, "dumb" phones prior.. by far the best phone I've owned. I really don't know what's on the horizon for new releases but they'd be hard pressed to top this phone.

The Incredible is the best phone I have owned. Great form factor, small but powerful. I like HTC better than motorola ( I have had both), but just a personal preference.
Know that whatever you get will be outdated in 2 months anyway...so just see what phone appeals the most to you.
I think the Incredible will not be obsolete for some time to come, though.

I LOVE MY INCREDIBLE! I just came off the Droid X after 2 tries....this last one put me over the edge with the locking up and rebooting...
OMG this one fits me sooooo much better...yes a little smaller but IMO better features. I came from a BB in july (long time user) and cant imagine anything else...well maybe an Iphone??

New phones come out every quarter, but you certainly won't be disappointed with the Incredible, if you're ok with the 3.7" screen (which is just right for me btw). However, if you prefer a slightly larger, evo-sized phone, go with the Samsung Fascinate. It's pretty close in size to the Moto Droid X.
The Droid X, Droid 2, Droid Incredible, and Fascinate are about the same in terms of power, each just running slightly different flavors of Android.

I don't like Samsung's version of Android. It's too...what's the word...bubble gum for me, if that makes any sense. Word around the rumor mill is that HTC does have an EVO-like phone coming out on big red in the future. The Incredible is a great phone and I'm sticking with it for a long time. I would recommend it. But if you want an EVO-like phone, I'm throwing that out there for what it's worth.

I had a Droid X. I swapped it out because carrying it around was sort of a chore. That's just me. Moving to the Incredible took some getting used to what with the screen size differences, but I'm not complaining.

Well thanks for all the info. I can say my parents have the x and i love the size however i don't like the moto interface. Thats the reason i was hoping ver. Word get an evo type from htc. Lol this whole phone thing kills me as you can tell i'm new to the android scene but thanks again
It seriously is the best phone. This thing could have been huge if there was a bigger marketing push behind it.
