With CES just around the corner, I'm waiting to see what is coming out before planning my next phone.

smart plan... you can have an idea but I would reserve any final description till after CES. We have some ideas as to what is coming but will no doubt be surprised by a few things, and will learn much more about the devices that are as of now mostly rumors.

It would probably make the most sense to wait for CES but I finally got too frustrated with my Blackberry and upgraded to the Droid Inc last week and could not be happier. I had planed to wait for LTE but the speeds I've gotten on the Incredible as compared to my old Blackberry make me wonder if I even need LTE quite yet...
