Should I use the Bluetooth phone migration Evo4g to Evo3d

I am pretty sure that google does it all, but to be safe, should I run the bluetooth setup? I already started it and its been about 20 minutes now, about 70% complete. I figure its also backing up my texts and such, so that would be a plus.

I, personally, wanted to start with a clean slate. All I needed was my music and contacts.

microSD had my music, Google had my apps. Quicker, cleaner and you'll avoid duplicate contacts. (Which I heard is happening a lot)

I wish I had read about the double contacts... I had to spend more time tooling around with linking contacts because of the bluetooth transfer thing.

***NOTICE*** If you use google to back up your numbers... don't bother with the HTC Bluetooth contact transfer when you first start up your phone.

Google only backs up your paid apps and by default not your app data or app settings. See the Backup link in my signature below on how to backup and restore everything..

How do you erase all of your contacts? I'm thinking of doing a clean slate as well.
