Should we worry about OnLive devices?

OnLive is being "Sold" or "Re-purposed", they say that OnLive will continue, but does anyone else worry?
I just hope full support continues like they say, but you never know why this company is changing, or for what reasons?

I would not be too worried, basically they were under contract for far more server power than they needed with the amount of users they had, and this was what was needed to restructure and get out of many of those contracts, streamline and start again.

well I just do not want them loosing a lot of content with this new structure.
