Should You Still Buy an LG V20?

Yes, I'd buy it again if my phone breaks. I actually did buy another V20 after selling my old one (and after buying the S8 Plus, which I didn't like).

No other flagship out there offers all of these unique features that the V20 does (and they probably never will). I will never get a Pixel/Google phone just because the fact that they don't offer microSD expansion and they are overpriced. And now with Samsung and their whacky curved screen, I'll probably won't ever as well. Don't even get me started with Apple's iPhone. Lately I've been looking into other manufacturers that offers more value, such as Huawei, ZTE, Xiaomi, etc.

I'm definitely considering Huawei for a future phone. They sound pretty awesome, from what I've read.

Are you saying that there's no LED on this device at all? That's rather unusual.
There's a white LED for camera flash and flashlight use, but that's it. It doesn't have a colored notification LED, opting instead for showing notification icons in the secondary screen. I think there is an accessibility option to flash the white LED with notifications, but that's all you get on this phone for that.

I think I would buy again. Bought for $576 from Verizon and have been really surprised how much better than my blown up v10

What 3rd party app shows different color for different notifications? I have a battery notifier but not app color notifier. Thanks!

Share apps creates color notifications on second screen?
Um, no - it allows someone to provide a Google Play Store link to an application that they have installed so that others can find the specific application that they are referring to, rather than saying 'oh, the gizmo app does that' when it turns out there are a bazillion gizmo apps in the Play Store.

OK then what app allows different color notifications for all apps in the second screen?

Which brings me back to my original point - without a color led notifier it is difficult to know when notifications come in that you miss. Just a bunch of nearly identical white icons (except the battery notifier if you install it).

Can you provide a link please? It seems like most battery notification apps (ex. Battery Notifier BTW Free https://forums.androidcentral.com/e...etails?id=com.larryvgs.battery&token=9nUw4raK) modify the existing Status bar and not the 2nd screen that the V20 uses. (You can use something like Share Apps https://forums.androidcentral.com/e...?id=com.theronrogers.shareapps&token=WCXJYW5- to generate a list of any apps you have installed.)

Battery Notifier Pro BT
There are different font and downloadable themes
