I hate winter and I'm not happy to see it come. That said, it made for some good shots at work recently.

Some outdoor shenanigans recently with my son. My son has been sick with this virus for about three weeks called HPIV, or Human Parainfluenza Virus. Basically a respiratory virus. I caught it too and felt awful last week for awhile. Unfortunately, there is no treatment really and no vaccine for it, so it basically just has to run it's course. But, he seems to be feeling a bit better recently!

So glad he's feeling better. Scary with all the respiratory illnesses going around. He's a cutie!

My wife does all the decoration for the front of our home. She has a routine and enjoys it. Mostly done here but I took this pic anyway and am just impressed with these phones and the camera. Yes. I lightened it just a bit but the shot is still there. The bedroom upper right has LED lights in it so it shows the difference. She immediately changed them out so maybe I'll redo the shot tonight.

Looks great! She did a beautiful job. And I love your wrap around porch. I bet it's a great place to relax on warm summer evenings.

Every year she does this. The winds came in strong yesterday but temps were not too bad. She's been out in the twenty degree weather doing all this and it can take several hours. But she keeps at it.

Our dog, Shadow, gets an early morning ride every day. At the bottom of the driveway I look up and see this. Large farmers field with a good size hill here.

Thank you! Yes, yes it is. Me and my wife both work in a hospital, so we tend to see current trends.. and sometimes they are scary. We have quite a bit of young RSV patients right now.
