showing my phone model

How do you get your phone model name to show up on your facebook post I see it a lot but I can't seem to get mines to show?

Are you using a stock Social app or the Facebook app? I believe it only shows if you use your phone's stock Social Media app.

I am using the facebook app from Google Play store!

I think it only does it with the Stock social media app, no the FB app.
