Shutter sound

I have my camera set for SOUNDS ON. Why can't I hear the shutter sound when I snap a picture? All other sound work. Thanks

Did you try playing with your volume settings? It's tied to the ringer.

The volume is set up for maximum. If you experimented with the setting, did your shutter sound work?
