sideload apps on galaxy gear

So I recently updated my watch to tizen and it's working great and I love it. But I would like to sideload apps on to my device. I installed adb, the right Samsung drivers and everything, but every single time I go into the command prompt my device isn't recognized and say their are no devices connected. So my question is how do I get it working with command prompt? I even tried putting it into download mode and that didn't work. I need help
