Signal issues??

my phone seems to be all over the place with signal strength. i have unlocked z4 from moto. i believe the radios are almost identical to my z2 force but signal doesnt seem as strong at my z2.

i had tmo take me off the network and put back on. seems to have maybe reset and helped a little but alot of people i call say i go in and out alot

thoughts?

I haven't really seen any signal issues with my Verizon Z4, but also have towers all around town where I live and work. There is a thread (or 2) on the Moto forum from users claiming that their signal is considerably less than previous phones, like a Z2 or Z3.

Use an app like Network Cell Info Lite to see if both phones are using the same band.

I've had to go back to the Z3 as my daily driver. The Z4 has a better screen, camera, and battery life but I live in an area with iffy signal so it's back to the Z3.

yea the thread on moto forums is getting lengthy. i am not the only one that has noticed this. i am kinda pissed i sold my z2 now. i wish i could go back.
