signal loss on oneplus 3 for airtel

signal loss / fluctuates on airtel network in Bangalore, india, visited the airtel tech support ,then changed the sim but still the problem persists.
the same sim is working in different handset( lenova k3 note)
tried to change the sim slots but luck
