1. I have a Samsung S21 dual sim,that last updated on 21st November, One UI 5.1, Android 13. I've had this issue a couple of weeks now maybe and the latest update didn't fix it. When I go to Settings/Connections/SIM manager it won't load up and i get a crash message sometimes. If I restart the phone then it works fine, but this is inconvenient. I have 2 sims, a work one and a personal one, the work one goes off on an evening and weekend.
2. The 2nd Sim is my personal one and when I try to turn on mobile data I get the message 'Insert SIM card to access network services'. I can make and receive calls on Sim 2 and send and receive SMS, there is plenty of data allowance remaining in my contract.
I feel like these problems are linked and appeared around the same time.
