Sim toolkit not working properly

[AC Question]

I cannot use VIRTUAL TOP UP(Easy recharge) from moto G. If i type the customer amount and recharge value at lst when i click "ok" it says message sending failed.

Please assist in using sim toolkit

I am not very familiar with this kind of service. Have you tried calling your carrier and explained what has happened?
