simple app for keeping passwords safe

I am new to the droid ( had bb ) before. One app I cannot find is a straight forward, easy passwords safe/keeper that is simple like the one on the bb. I don't want internet access or complicated apps. I have looked and still haven't found a good one. Suggestions? Frustrated

Password Keeper left a void in my apps as well. When I went to Android I switched to KeePassDroid - it's free, open source, and there's a desktop client as well. I even have the password file in my Dropbox so when I make changes on my phone it syncs with my computer automatically.

use microsoft excel on your computer to make a list of your sites, passwords, security questions and then just put the file on your phone.

you can set up passwords in excel so that you need a password to open the file.
