I found this very simple notepad with nothing extra and no add. Just big screen only for text.

Here's another similar option which gives you 5 pages to write your notes. It also allows you to click anywhere on the page to edit your notes on that line.

I'm using simple diary application. Notepad seems good one too. I will use this too Thanks for sharing
