Horrible beyond all belief. Bank of America and Samsung Direct just cannot play nice with each other so I got screwed by both of them. Neither would bend nor do anything to help transaction go through so I lost out.

Ended up getting mine the day Verizon's email said I would 9/5. But had to argue a ton with Costco to release it! Do not pre-order with Costco...even though your carrier is sending it to you through them-you might have to wait until actual release day.

Preordered on the Wednesday before the release from Best Buy. I was the first jackass in the store on Friday (yesterday) morning because they didn't advertise that they opened at 8am. The salesman told me they would on Wednesday. Worked out well and I love the phone.

Great experience! Ordered on the 24th through Verizon. received on the 5th. Switched from AT&T and got $240 for my Note 4 not to mention getting the FREE Gear 360 camera on the 13th...boom!!!

They made it very pleasant and a big thanks to Federal Express for (once again) seeing my delivery safely to my front door.

Samsung has poor communication with these orders plus the website does not give you a delivery date until after you complete the order it come via email. Ordered a unlocked on 9-7-17 email states delivery the week of October 1st. Changed to AT&T version delivery date is week of September 17th lets see if this comes true.
