Simultaneous Voice and Data?

Maybe a strange question, but are you all finding that you can do simultaneous voice and data on the Sprint Nexus S? I swear I'm receiving new emails while I'm on the phone. I haven't tested to see if I can actually surf the web yet.

I know the whole story about CDMA not supporting it, and Verizon's and Sprint's various announcements that they were trying to make it work with 4G. But I haven't seen any announcements that Sprint is actually doing it. Am I just out of the loop?

With the 4g service on sprint it will allow you to make calls and use the Internet at the same time. Tested this while I am at work since its the only 4g coverage we have right now in the downtown area.

Has always worked this way on 4G, it does not work while on 3G though.

You have always been able to do simultaneous voice and data when using wifi or 4g on any Sprint phone with one or both of those type of radios.

Works with Wi-Fi on as well. Does not work with 3G
