Since I updated to Android Pie 3 days ago I'm unable to send or receive email

Prior to the update I had no issues with email I have for different email accounts on my Galaxy note 9. Now all emails I send are stuck in outbox and I'm not receiving any emails at all

I spoke with Samsung as I have the same issue on my note 9 that updated recently and the advice given is to wait for a other update which would hopefully fix this.
 
I had a problem with sending /receiving pictures in my text app after update. The only fix was reinstalling the app.

You can't send or receive emails and Samsung told you to wait for an update? I'm sorry, but there is no chance that this is correct. Start by redoing your login credentials for the account, then try removing, re-adding the account to your email app.
