Since the Clock update, why do I only show hours and no minutes?

Clock Update now Problems MotoG

After a recent update to my clock I noticed that only hours are shown and no minutes. This happens from 10:00am - 1:00pm. And then the clock correctly displays again until late evening. It looks like this 10:....
Has this happened to anyone else and is there a fix??

Does it happen in the lockscreen, homescreen or both? Go to settings - date & time and make sure that the 24 h format is checked.
