Since updating to Android 5.0.1, why won't my Nexus 7 2013 start?

Probelm with Android 5.0.1 update Nexus 7 2013

I updated my Nexus 7 2013 to Android 5.0.1 Now it won't start. It just churns through startup procedure repeatedly. Tried holding powerbutton and both volume keys down when connected to charger. It turned off and showed the tablet is charging. Turned back on and same problem. Tried connecting to computer (Windows 7) and it won't recognise theNexus 7. Can anyone help me?
