Single Dad with 2 kids I need to keep up with

Guys Thanks for your time, I am a NEW single dad. I have 2 kids 13 and 16. They will both have android phones and cars (when old enough) paid for by me! They both chose to live with me knowing that I would install real-time tracking software on their phones. So I don't need to hide the app from my kids. What I want is pretty easy, finding the right app, however, is more difficult. I want to know exactly where my Kids are in real time. I want to be able to geo-fence and receive alerts if they exceed their 50-mile radius. Finally, I want to know if my Kids exceed 85 mph. Alerts and Real-time mapping via google maps are required.

Can I have the 2 or 3 top apps?
