Single Friend Not Receiving Texts

Hello! These last two weeks, my friend has mysteriously stopped receiving texts from me. I have confirmed that she's receiving texts from others, and I can still receive texts from her, but she won't get any of mine! I got super fed up with using Instagram Direct to contact her lately, so tonight, I decided to do something about it. After consulting many forums, I have tried the following:
1) Deleting any apps that have access to my contacts (Only Google Allo)
2) Removing her contact and texting her phone
3) Trying to remove the +1 from before her phone number.
4) Try reaching her in a group chat.
5) Checking both her phone and my own to confirm that we haven't blocked each other's numbers.
Any other pointers would be greatly appreciated. I use an LG Stylo 3 Plus, with a T-Mobile service provider. She uses an iPhone 5S, with an AT&T service provider. Thank you so much for your time!

EDIT: I thought I might mention that my calls aren't going through either. It rings twice, usually, then goes to voicemail.

Do a device back up and reset the phone to factory settings I guess.

what carrier does your friend have? my mom and aunt are on the metro PCS network and not all of their texts go through to people. it may be the network and not the phone my aunt has the LG Stylo 2 and she just recently started experiencing this I think her phone is a little more than a year old.
