Single or Dual rear Camera for the Pixel 2?

At the beginning of the year I had heard the Pixel 2 would come w/ a dual rear camera, but shortly after & since then I've mainly heard rumors of a single camera along with rendors. Yesterday I did see a dual camera rendor. So I wanted to know if anybody has any idea which direction googles going?

If you don't know feel free to throw up a vote for what you think they'll do. I hope they go dual for bokeh, zoom or wide angle features but I'm not sure which is why I'm posting this thread.

If this were a Nexus that may be possible. For a Pixel that's not how it works. LG has no influence on any design or component decisions.

Definitely true. Trying to figure out why Google didn't go with the backing HTC used on the U11. Think I see a review where they said the backing on the U11 may cause camera flare.
