SIRI on ICS

I heard a commercial on the radio for the perfect gift for Christmas and they were talking about smart phones they mentioned apples 4S with siri then he said or try the galaxy nexus from verizon with ICS that has something, I forget what he called it but he said its androids version of siri. Is this true? Or is they guy crazy lol

I think that commercial talks about the instant voice to text feature for input in ics

yeah i saw that on the announcment for the galaxy nexus and ICS but i thought it was something different. he gave it a name and i cant remember it for the life of me. and he described it like apple uses siri , i thought that would be cool give apple some competition. but i never heard anything or saw anything like that on the reviews on ics, maybe the guy didnt know what he was talking about oh well

Vlingo already does it. It's like Siri with ads.

Hands down the best app that is like siri is speaktoit. Its in the market and free. I was shocked at how good it was.

Yes vlingo is not as good as speaktoit. I have tried them both. Speaktoit is more like siri in the personal assistant experience.

I have to agree. Vlingo is good at doing things by voice, such as sending texts and emails, but it really wasn't designed for conversation. Speaktoit does conversation, so it is closer to the Siri experience.
