My Sirius XM App no longer works. It stopped workimg about 2 months ago. It gets passed the logon screen and then just loads for ever. The music never starts. Sirius works on my PC and the same app plays fine on my IPad so I know it's not my account. Anyone else have this issue? Any help would be great. Thanks

Last up date broke it. Do what i did. Call your carrier tell them and they will help you fix in 5 mins.

Verify that your Software Number is 3.70. If so then follow these easy instructions. Seems to clear up the problem everytime.

1) Dial ##3282#
2) Choose Edit Mode
3) Enter MSL
4) Choose Advanced
5) Change HTTP PD Proxy Port to: 0
6) Change HTTP PD Proxy Address to: 0.0.0.0

You need to call sprint and request the MSL number. When I called, I told them about the problem and that I needed the MSL # to fix it. they gave it to me right away. Once you have the number, the password that your phone is asking for is that MSL #.

What niembre said- called and told Sprint I needed the MSL to fix the XM app- they gave it to me right away and even offered to put a tech support guy on the line in case I ran into problems while I was trying the fix- I turned down the techie, ran through the steps and all is well ever since-
I am not rooted by the way-

The MSL fix works great. I just did it yesterday. I was having problems with almost every streaming app, but everything is working perfectly after doing the fix.

I had the same issue but got fixed with the MSL but I noticed that every know and then the app quits and loses data connection. Which I find it weired .

the fix does work to get the app working. However the app absolutely sucks. I want this app SO BAD and am willing to pay for it. However it stops working every time my signal is low. Then it either locks up and is force closed or I have to reboot it. Now if I am in my office with the good signal it works great. But what good is a mobile app if it doesn't work while mobile? Come on Sirius I want to pay you money but make the app work longer then 5-10 minutes without crashing. I don't have this problem with Pandora.

I tried the MSL fix now the app just sits there and does nothing. Keeps on loading and nothing else happens. This sucks !!
