Yeah, I don't see any other way to bring up Sketch to Image without the stylus. Sorry.

I bring up sketch to image from my gallery clicking on the watermark and it will say sketch to image. But that's for sketching on a pic you took you may mean just to sketch on a blank spot. You can draw with your finger also. I can't draw but I do pull out the pen sometimes just to try and see what it comes up with. People at work drew for me and it came out good. But the other day I practiced and tried and got this best one I've done. I love the sketch to image and have been saving some peoples pictures to show people how cool it is. But I didn't realize after I did it you can scroll over and see more than just the one. Their is supposed to be an edge shortcut also.
