With every android device I use, not just Galaxy, skype volume from the caller is way too low compared to my iphone. I know some android phones have engineer mode to boost volume or you can download EQ apps etc., but I should not have to.
My most recent phone, Galaxy A5 2017 has the exact same issue.
(I cannot use engineer mode app as it is the wrong chipset for that app!)
Does anyone know how to make incoming calls louder from skype on the above phone or any engineer mode settings. Phone is not rooted and I really don't want to have to root it in case i mess things up. Brand new phone....bit worried I will lose warranty if I root it!
As I said above, on iPhone 5 and 6, skype incoming volume is loud. On last 3 Galaxy phones I have tried, it is no where near as loud. I have volume up full before skype calls. Tried headphones, still low.
