Skype video chat on wifi tab?

You know I've been looking into that myself and it doesn't appear that skype on Android does video chat and qik (owned by skype) does video chat but the video is sideways on both the front and rear camera, weird.

I want to video chat with my kids on their computer at home. I also don't want to install another program if Idon't have to.

I just installed oovoo and it works good but it has the same problem as the qik app where the video is sideways.
This is merly because the device is not fullly suported by the app because it works fine on my Epic phone.

I think that it's really not important to understand that we think of Skype totally differently and change expectations for Skype.
Skype is now owned in its entirety by Microsoft.
I think that it looking and supporting applications OTHER than Skype is the way to go.
Microsoft will be doing with Skype what they do with all of their respective. It will be made to just be another totally proprietary, Windows based app.
I am hoping to find Android and industry standard confercing applications. Hopefully from some smaller company, where it will be the focus of their business.
The best would be an open source, platform independent, industry standard application that would grow with us.
Don't expect Android being any type of priority with Microsoft Skype.

It's going to happen eventually and I will be there waiting with all my devices with front facing cams.

Android video solution is gtalk, but gtalk video is only included with honeycomb and it works phone computer nicely..
