Slashgear Review

Oops sorry for bashing on you, seems like I actually didn't post this, this is the full review and I posted the initial review:)

The picture on the review with the evo3d face down on a pile of rocks makes me cringe....:'(

This is the most glowing review so far, but honestly all the reviews have been generally positive outside of endgadget and gizmodos extremely critical assessments. Just about everyone has commented on the phone being very fast and lag free, sense 3.0 working well and better 3G battery life.

The consensus on call quality is that its decent, not great but not terrible and definitely not a deal breaker as far as purchasing this device. One reviewer said it was bad but he also said Sprint doesn't have good coverage in the area where he was.

While the 2D camera has been reviewed pretty favorably, the 3D camera reviews have been mixed. I believe they will continue to be that way, seeing things in 3D is something either you like or you don't, and yes it hurts some peoples eyes and gives them headaches.

Bottom line is I have yet to hear anything that would make me rethink my decision to get this phone.

I wonder if this device didn't have 3D if the reviews would be any different. I have a feeling that they would be less harsh. I think that those who don't care for 3D will be more critical of the phone itself.

Indeed, it seems that the vast majority of complaints is about the 3D.

Sent from my CDMA Hero. I got some hot Ginger-on-Hero action here!

I posted about this in another thread, your right the reviews would look totally different. Probably just like the Sensation reviews, considering its pretty much the same phone only better.
