Does this make use of a signal relay and antenna? Hopefully included.

Yes, the antenna is powered and it really is a amazing.

Think I will wait till it comes down to a more reasonable price. $129 is abit steep IMO. I would pay $79 maybe $89 but I can buy all the parts and do it myself for about $40-$50.
