sleep mode

playing around with the settings and came across "sleep" under "display".

what does sleep mode actually do and which setting should i set it at?

15 seconds / 30 seconds, etc..

Sleep mode is when you press the power button on your phone. That setting lets you change how long your phone will stay awake if you don't touch it.
