Slickwraps vs Dbrand: S7 Edge

Hi all

I want to ditch my case, and considering a wrap.

I've been looking at the Slate option from Slickwraps versus the concrete option from Dbrand... Both look really nice, with Slickwraps costing about $7 more.

Anyone tried any of these?

Hello!

Yes- as someone who does not use a case on his devices I've resorted to dbrand skins a lot. Personally, I began using them since the tech community was infatuated with them. While the fit on devices is spot on, I find their CS very rude and unreliable. Shipping times and delivery are never as stated, and that really bugs me. While I can't speak for slickwraps, I'd like to give them a try for the sake of using someone else. I don't want to sit and bash drband, but it was just my personal experience with them. YMMV...

I do enjoy the unique feel and look a skin provides so thumbs up for that. While you won't get a ton of protection, it should cover the back glass from scratching and does add some much needed grip on all glass devices.

Had dbrand back skin on since S7 edge was new. Fits perfectly, no peeling even with various cases and looks great. Thoroughly recommend

Thank you for the feedback. Yes, Dbrand seems to not have the best Customer Service around - its been a recurring theme that Ive seen on most of the foums and discussions I've read.

I have used dbrand on every single phone. My black leather is my favorite. Here are some pictures of some I put on my phones. I currently have S8 Plus but don't have a picture of that yet.

Lot of YouTuber guys I watch are sponsored by dBrand and I am very interested. The installation scares me off though.

Also, is it thin enough that I can use a symmetry type case with it on, but I will try one some day.

Yes, any case will fit with no issues. Don't use any skin on the sides and you will be ok. From and back skins, no problem what so ever.
