Slightly reset and 4G icon always on

Hi,

I woke up this morning and I checked my phone and the phone was on Standard home screen instead of drawer which I changed back to drawer and my apps where all in the place I put them.

Any suggestions as to why that happened

And also even when I connect to WiFi the 4G icon stays when I am sure it went after I am on WiFi

Any recent system updates? Does this persist after a reboot?

No updates that I have accepted or selected to install Yes the reboot doesn't fix the 4G icon showing when on WiFi

Edit: 4G icon stays on even after I switch the data off

Hate to say it, but I'd do a factory reset.

Yea had to do a factory reset, before I did it and it wouldn't even let me into network settings
