I have the app on my phone. Works great......BUT!

My speakerphone crapped out, & Sprint ordered me a new phone.

I think I know the answer, but, do I have to buy the $30 app all over again?

No you don't its tied to your gmail address in the marketplace when you sign in with on your new device it should be in downloads

I have a question about the Slingbox too. I just got one and was wondering if there is a way to use an HDMI connection from the Evo to a TV while using the Slingbox. I tried this and nothing, but was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for a possible solution?

That sorta stinks. Was looking forward to hooking up my Evo to the 42in LCD at work during the evening hours and streaming my Slingbox feed. Oh well I guess I'll have to be satisfied on the 4.3" screen.
