Slow camera performance

Anyone else find the camera slow to start on the Z5C? I'm on marshmallow

Did your phone come with MM or did you get a softwar update for it?

Are you using the stock camera app or a different camera app? If it's different, which camera app are you using?

Stock app, and MM was an update. It was slow before MM as well
