Slow charging?

I'm not sure if this is a thing or not but when I plug my phone in to charge it up every night, usually the percentage left is in the 70's. But it still takes over an hour to fully recharge from there. I'm still using the stock recharging cable that came with it from Verizon. Does that sound slow or just normal?

What phone do you have? It's probably right, fast charging doesn't really do anything above 70%.

Yeah, sounds normal to me. Pretty big battery in the S10+ so that last 30-40% will take a while.

Yeah it doesn't matter if I'm home or on vacation somewhere it's still the same. I didn't know if a better charging cable existed besides the one that came with the phone.

You can also try another cable and adapter see if that works if you extra laying around

Manufacturers slow the rate of charging down for the last 20-30% to avoid batteries overheating and damage to the battery. When my Plus is on 40-odd percent it take an hour and a half to charge to full. So I think there is nothing wrong with your charging speed.
