Slow, laggy S3

My S3 seems to be running extremely slow with no speed and even some wait times loading apps like swift key. I have thought the only way to fix this is factory reset however I'm looking for a better way. Any ideas???

Try restarting it and removing apps from task manager and clearing the ram. Should work or factory reset is probably the only choice.

Ending apps will help, rebooting the phone as well

A reboot is the first thing to try. If that doesn't solve the problem, let us know.
