slow mobile data

I have UK unlocked HTC one m7. I'm on EE 3g plan. When on mobile data 50% of the time data is extremely slow when loading apps or web pages. I have had sim card replaced and still the same. EE say there are no issues with my acoount. Any ideas?

Me too its H+ but its slow but theres an net but very slow
